Please make sure that your reporting action is a true expression of your intent and is made in good faith. Upon receipt of your report, we will review things you report to determine if it is in violation of applicable laws and regulations as well as our policies and take action. We will protect your personal information in an appropriate way. Unless laws and regulations provide otherwise, we would not disclose your personal information to any third party. Please note that we are not responsible for any third party charges you incur (including any charges from your internet and telecommunication services providers) in relation to or arising from your reporting action.

When you submit infringement complaint, please note that :

1. Tencent provides Right Holder a way to initiate infringement complaints. Right Holder and their agents know and understand that initiating infringement complaints is serious and legally. The Platform seeks to protect the legal rights and interests of each Right Holder by making assessments and reviews based on laws and regulations, complaint content, and evidence. However, the results of infringement complaints are not related to the number of complaints. Repeated or batch complaints by multiple people cannot change or increase the infringement complaint pass rate.

2. In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of Right Holder and normal infringement complaints, and to ensure the safety and stable operation of the system, Right Holder and their agents shall not make complaints in a way that may seriously affect the legitimate rights and interests of other users or hinder the safe and stable operation of the system, including but not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, third-party software, systems and automation programs.

The Platform will regard the above complaints as invalid complaints, and will adopt a special handling mechanism or restrictions measures, including but not limited to limiting the frequency of complaints, entering the list of abnormal complaints, adjusting the order of complaint processing until directly refused and punishing the complaint account.

3. In order to effectively submit complaints to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Right Holder, the Platform has the right to adjust the processing method if it has reasons to believe that the complaint falls into the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

(1) Initiate a complaint knowing or should knowing that it does not constitute an infringement or obviously lacks the basis of rights and facts;

(2) The Platform has informed that there is a lack of evidence but the complaints are still repeated without substantial supplement;

(3) Submit multiple or numerous complaints, but the overall pass rate is low or suspected of abuse;

(4) Adversely affect Tencent's handling of infringement complaints from other Right Holder without reasonable and justified reason;

(5) Other situations that the Platform has reason to believe that there are unreasonable and abuse complaints.

Once discovered, the Platform will adopt special handling mechanisms and restrictions, including but not limited to limiting the frequency of complaints, entering the list of abnormal complaints, adjusting the order of complaint processing. These may lead to situations such as failure to submit complaints frequently, failure to pass review or time delay of evaluation.

4. If the processing capacity of the Platform is exceeded due to special situations, including but not limited to network factors, equipment reasons, and the short-term surge in complaints, the processing and feedback may also be adjusted or delayed.
